Exchanging Products
If you find that you do not want to keep a purchased article (for instance if a shirt is too small or too big or it is the wrong colour), then normally it can be taken back and exchanged. But you must have the receipt of purchase ("Quittung" or "Kassenbon"). It should also be exchanged within a few days of purchase. Swimwear, underwear and products reduced in price cannot normally be returned.
